Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcements dated 16 March 2023, 20 March 2023, 27 April 2023 and 15 June 2023 ("Announcements"), and the circular to the unitholders of Sunway REIT dated 31 May 2023 ("Circular") in relation to the Proposed Acquisition shall apply herein.
We refer to the Announcements and the Circular in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Parties had executed a letter supplementing the SPA today to extend the CP Period for a further period commencing from 19 September 2023, being the immediate date following the expiry of the CP Period, to 20 November 2023, to fulfil the Conditions Precedent.
Save as disclosed above, there are no other variation to the terms and conditions of the SPA.
