Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcements dated 26 April 2019, 17 September 2019 and 4 July 2022 in relation to the revolving loan facilities totalling RM2.0 billion granted by Public Bank Berhad (the “Bank”) to RHB Trustees Berhad (as trustee for Sunway REIT) (the “Trustee”) shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of Sunway REIT Management Sdn Bhd, being the manager of Sunway REIT, wishes to inform that the Trustee and the Bank, had on 11 July 2024, agreed to allow for RL 1 of RM1.5 billion to be fully settled no later than 31 December 2024 vide the proposed issuances of 3-year to 7-year sustainability-linked medium term notes (“SLMTNs”) under SUNREIT Bond Berhad’s medium term note programme to be subscribed by the Bank and funds of Sunway REIT. Early settlement of RL 1 due in 2026 with SLMTNs which would mature in between 2027 to 2031 shall lengthen the average debt maturity of Sunway REIT.  

Immediately following the full settlement of RL 1, total limit of the revolving loan facilities from Public Bank Berhad shall be RM0.5 billion.
