Following the completion of the bookbuilding process under the Institutional Offering on 9 March 2026, on behalf of the Company, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad and AmInvestment Bank Berhad wish to announce that the Institutional Price and the Final Retail Price have been fixed on 9 March 2026, as set out below:

The Retail Offering closed at 5.00 p.m. on Thursday, 5 March 2026.
