The Board of Directors of Sunway wishes to announce that Datuk Mohd Anuar bin Taib (Deputy President of Sunway), has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Sustainability Committee (“SC”) with effect from 26 November 2025 in place of Tan Sri Dato’ (Dr) Chew Chee Kin (President of Sunway), who will cease to serve as both Chairperson and member of the SC on even date.

Accordingly, upon his appointment, the new composition of the SC is as follows:

1) Datuk Mohd Anuar bin Taib (Chairperson, Non-Independent Executive Director)

2) Datin Paduka Sarena Cheah Yean Tih (Member, Non-Independent Executive Director)

3) Dr. Philip Yeo Liat Kok (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director)

4) Datuk Tong Poh Keow (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director)
