On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that based on the valid dividend reinvestment forms received by the share registrar of the Company, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, Sunway will be issuing 46,170,800 New Shares. The New Shares to be issued represent approximately 91.9% of 50,254,400 New Shares, being the total number of New Shares that would have been issued had all the entitled shareholders of Sunway elected to reinvest their entire First Interim Dividend into New Shares.
