Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) and Practice Note No. 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Sunway wishes to announce the financial assistance provided by Sunway’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunway Leasing Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 31 December 2024.
