On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Sunway had allotted and issued 72,380,900 New Shares on 18 April 2024 pursuant to the DRS. The said New Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 19 April 2024. With the listing of the said New Shares, the enlarged issued share capital of Sunway is RM7,388,042,606.95 comprising 5,659,825,408 Sunway Shares.
