(2)	STATUS OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ("MOU")

We refer to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's (“Bursa Securities”) letter dated 4 August 2006 and wish to announce the status of progress of the Ventures of Sunway Group, details as set out in Table 1 as disclosed in the attachment.

 

Pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.29 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, we also wish to announce the status of the MOU, details as set out in Table 2 as disclosed in the attachment.
