| Outcome of Meeting | We wish to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 30 August 2021 were duly approved by the shareholders of Sunway Berhad today. All the resolutions were voted by poll via the Remote Participation and Voting (RPV) Facility at www.sunwaymanagement.com.my at the EGM. The results of the poll were validated by BDO Consulting Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by Sunway Berhad as per attachment and are set out below.
