The Board of Directors wishes to inform that in accordance to Clause 8A(7) of Sunway Berhad’s (the “Company” or “Sunway”) Constitution, the balance of the ICPS held by ICPS holders shall be automatically and mandatorily converted into new ordinary shares in Sunway (“New Sunway Shares”) on Tuesday, 2 December 2025, being the final mandatory conversion date at the conversion price of RM1.00 per ordinary share in Sunway (“Final Mandatory Conversion”).

After the Final Mandatory Conversion, the number of the ICPS held by the ICPS holders shall be correspondingly cancelled, and such number of New Sunway Shares will be allotted and issued to the ICPS holders.

ACCORDINGLY, ALL ICPS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD WITH EFFECTIVE 9:00 A.M. ON WEDNESDAY, 3 DECEMBER 2025.

The important relevant dates and time of the Final Mandatory Conversion are set out as follows:-

Last date and time for trading of ICPS	:	Friday, 14 November 2025 at 5.00 p.m
Date and time of suspension of trading of ICPS	:	Monday, 17 November 2025 at 9.00 a.m.
Last date and time for transfer of ICPS into the depositor’s CDS account	:	Tuesday, 25 November 2025 at 4.30 p.m.
Date and time of Final Mandatory Conversion	:	Tuesday, 2 December 2025 at 5.00 p.m.
Date and time for delisting of ICPS	:	Wednesday, 3 December 2025 at 9.00 a.m.
