The Board of Directors of SunCon wishes to announce that Datuk Kwan Foh Kwai has been appointed as the Chairman of the ESOS Committee with effect from 29 May 2026 in place of Dato' Ir Goh Chye Koon who retired as Independent Non-Executive Chairman at the 12th Annual General Meeting of SunCon on 29 May 2026.

Upon the above change, the composition of the ESOS Committee is as follows:

1) Datuk Kwan Foh Kwai (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Chairman);
2) Puan Norchahya Binti Ahmad (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director);
3) Mr Evan Cheah Yean Shin (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director);
4) Mr Liew Kok Wing (Member, Group Managing Director & Non-Independent Executive Director); and
5) Mr Lim Vin Tze (Member, Senior Executive Director of Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd).
