Pursuant to Paragraph 14.06(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing Requirements"), acceptance of share options under a Share Issuance Scheme or Share Option Scheme is exempted from the restrictions of Paragraphs 14.04 and 14.05 of the Listing Requirements.

This amended announcement is made to rectify the total number of share options offered and granted to the above Directors and principal officers.
