The Board of Directors of SunCon wishes to announce that Puan Norchahya Binti Ahmad has been appointed as a member of the ESOS Committee with effect from 30 May 2025 in place of Dato' Siow Kim Lun who retired as Independent Non-Executive Director at the 11th Annual General Meeting of SunCon on 30 May 2025.

Upon the above change, the composition of the ESOS Committee is as follows:

1) Dato' Ir Goh Chye Koon (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Chairman);
2) Puan Norchahya Binti Ahmad (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director);
3) Mr Evan Cheah Yean Shin (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director);
4) Mr Liew Kok Wing (Member, Group Managing Director & Non-Independent Executive Director); and

5) Mr Lim Vin Tze (Member, Senior Executive Director of Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd).
