Description

OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER THE EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS") FOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES OF SUNWAY CONSTRUCTION GROUP BERHAD ("SUNCON" OR THE "COMPANY") AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES (EXCLUDING DORMANT SUBSIDIARIES) (COLLECTIVELY "SUNCON GROUP")

We refer to the ESOS which was approved by the shareholders of SunCon at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 23 December 2024.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it had on 20 January 2025, made an offer ("Offer") of options ("Options") under the ESOS in SunCon to executive director and eligible employees of SunCon Group, who fulfil the criteria for eligibility stipulated in the by-laws governing the ESOS.

The details of the Offer are as follows:
