We refer to SunCon’s announcement dated 31 December 2022 in relation to the Contract.
The Board of Directors of SunCon wishes to announce that SCSB and Yellowwood, had on 2 August 2023, entered into an Amendment Deed No. 3 to Contract (“Amendment Deed”).
Pursuant to the Amendment Deed, the issuance of NTP 2 and NTP 3 (“Balance NTPs”) has been extended to a date on or before 31 December 2023 should Yellowwood require SCSB to carry out works for Balance NTPs as there is a change of end user for the Works where additional time is required for negotiation and finalization of design specification.
The Company will make the necessary announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there is a material development in relation to the Contract.
