The Singapore Branch is currently dormant and has no intention to carry on business operations in Singapore. The Cessation has no material financial effect on SunCon. None of the directors and/or major shareholders of SunCon or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Cessation. This announcement is dated 30 November 2021. |
