Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it has on 19 January 2026, made an offer ("Offer") of new options ("Options") to eligible employees of the SunCon Group under the ESOS.
