Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 11 August 2025 and 26 August 2026 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered between the Company and the Penang Development Corporation ("PDC") ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement. 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to clarify that as the Proposed Area under the MOU with PDC are situated within the Penang International Logistics Aeropark ("PILA") project development, the official commencement of activities under the MOU and the subsequent negotiation and execution of the Definitive Agreement between the Company and PDC are dependent on the formal launch and progression of PILA. Consequently, key operational steps under the MOU will be deferred pending the revised launch timeline of PILA by the relevant authorities and parties.
