Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 14 July 2026 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered between the Company and Airport Authority Hong Kong ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the MOU entered between the Company and Airport Authority Hong Kong.

The Company shall make further announcement as and when there are further material developments in relation to the MOU entered between the Company and Airport Authority Hong Kong.
