Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 11 August 2025 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered between the Company and the Penang Development Corporation ("PDC") ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement. 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the MOU entered between the Company and the PDC had expired on 11 February 2026. Notwithstanding the expiration, the MOU is valid as of to date and the groundbreaking ceremony and launch of Penang International Logistics Aeropark (PILA) scheduled for 5 September 2026 has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.

The Company shall make further announcement as and when there are further material developments in relation to the MOU entered between the Company and the PDC.
