The Company wishes to announce that, pursuant to Rule 10.09 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in relation to Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (“RRPTs”), Sin-Kung Airways Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Prima Air Sdn. Bhd.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SKL, had in the ordinary course of business entered into RRPTs with Sun Capital Sdn. Bhd. and HM Aerospace Sdn. Bhd.. The aggregate value of the RRPTs has amounted to RM1.0 million or more, or 1% or more of the relevant percentage ratio, whichever is lower, for the period from 13 March 2025 up to 28 February 2026, being the latest practicable date.
