The Board of Directors of Sin-Kung Logistics Berhad (“SKL” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 11 August 2025 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with the Penang Development Corporation with the intent to take a lease or tenancy over an area in the Penang International Logistics Aeropark, facing the airside of the Penang International Airport (“the Airport”) in Bayan Lepas, Mukim 12, Daerah Barat Daya, Pulau Pinang (“Land”) and with access to the Airport from the Land.
