Ms. Ng Vic Ca currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Hextar Retail Berhad, a position she has held since January 2024. She is responsible for overseeing the Group's strategic growth, business development, operational excellence, franchise partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio expansion across its retail, food & beverage, wellness and lifestyle businesses.

Prior to joining Hextar Retail Berhad, Ms. Ng served as Group General Manager of Trillion Benchmark Group under Pavilion Group, where she led operations, sales and marketing initiatives across a portfolio of hospitality and lifestyle brands, including Grandmama's, Grand Harbour Restaurant, The Coffee Academics, Dai Cha Dim, Artelier, Hazukido, Tokyo Teppan and Baan Pad Thai. Earlier in her career, she worked with Delaware North Companies in Melbourne, Australia, where she gained valuable experience in hospitality operations and customer service.

Ms. Ng is also the co-founder of Kita Dining, Kettlebell, Sedap Sedap and Eatery Foodhall. Her entrepreneurial and corporate experience has provided her with extensive expertise in brand building, business expansion, commercial strategy and operational management, with a proven ability to drive growth across consumer-focused businesses.

She holds a Bachelor of International Business from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia.
