Pursuant to Paragraph 10.08(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of HRB wishes to announce that Craving Hub Sdn. Bhd. ("CHSB"), a 51%-owned indirect subsidiary of the Company, had on 22 June 2026 entered into an Assets Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") with Zok TRX Sdn. Bhd. ("ZTRX") for the purchase of all assets including but not limited to inventory, fixtures, fittings, furniture, equipment, licenses, permits, operations, goodwill, trade name, customer data, rights under tenancy(ies), rights to sales proceeds and such other business rights ("Assets") attached to the business located at Unit No. L2-24, Level 2, Sunway Square, Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Petaling Jaya, Selangor ("Outlet") which is currently operating under the brand name of "ZOK NOODLE HOUSE" at a consideration of RM1,250,000.00 only ("Proposed Acquisition"), upon the terms and conditions stipulated in the Agreement.
