The Company wishes to highlight that Section 8 – Approval Required on page 2 should be read as follows:
8. APPROVAL REQUIRED
As at the LPD, the total applicable percentage ratio is 1.83%. Therefore, no shareholders’ approval is required. However, shareholders’ mandate will be sought before triggering the percentage ratio of 5% and above.
