Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the solicitors for the Proposals had vide its letter dated 5 April 2024 confirmed that all conditions precedent set out in the SSA for the Proposed Acquisition have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the SSA has become unconditional.
