The Board of Directors of Hextar Retail Berhad (Formerly Known As Classic Scenic Berhad) ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the proposed renewal of authority for purchase of own shares by the Company ("Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
