Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company and Perdanis have mutually agreed to extend the conditional period for a further period of ninety (90) days in order to ensure all conditions precedent as set out in Clause 3.1 of the SSA are fulfilled.
