Remarks :
We refer to our announcements dated 12 December 2023 and 27 February 2024 in relation to the Proposed Change of Name. 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 4 March 2024 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia dated 28 February 2024. 

Accordingly, the name of the Company had been changed from "CLASSIC SCENIC BERHAD" to "HEXTAR RETAIL BERHAD" with effect from 28 February 2024.
