Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 24 February 2025 in relation to the change of auditors of Sik Cheong. The Board of Directors of Sik Cheong wishes to announce that the Company has on 17 March 2025 received the consent letter dated 17 March 2025 from Messrs Morison LC PLT to act as auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016. Hence, Messrs Morison LC PLT has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. This announcement is dated 17 March 2025. |
