Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1)(a) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of SAG wishes to announce that the Company and/or its subsidiary companies ("SAG Group") have entered into RRPTs with companies connected with the Directors and/or major shareholders of SAG. The aggregate value of the RRPTs transacted for the period from 28 February 2026 to 30 April 2026 and the percentage ratio have exceeded 1% of the SAG Group's net assets based on the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
