We refer to the Company’s earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the said announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of RCE, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd had vide its letter dated 3 January 2022, approved the transfer of the Treasury Shares from the Company to Entitled Shareholders pursuant to the Share Dividend.

For avoidance of doubt, the Treasury Shares shall be distributed to Entitled Shareholders before the Bonus Issue. Therefore, the entitlement to the Bonus Issue will be based on the increased number of Shares held by Entitled Shareholders after the Share Dividend.

Pursuant to the above, the number of Bonus Shares to be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will depend on the enlarged number of issued Shares after the Share Dividend.

To facilitate the concurrent crediting and/or listing of the Treasury Shares and the Bonus Shares, the date on which the Treasury Shares and Bonus Shares will be credited, listed and/or traded is on 17 January 2022.
