We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 6 November 2017 in relation to the commencement of members’ voluntary winding-up of RCE Advance Sdn Bhd ("RCEA").

RCE wishes to announce that RCEA, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of RCE, which held its final meeting on 18 March 2019 ("Final Meeting"), was dissolved on 26 June 2019, ie. after the expiration of three months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

The dissolution of RCEA will not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the RCE Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2020.

None of the directors or major shareholders of RCE or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said dissolution.
