The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Sixty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company:
(a) Proposed RRPT Shareholders' Mandate; and
(b) Proposed Share Buy-Back Authority.
A circular/statement containing the details of the abovementioned proposals will be published on the Company's website in due course and the shareholders will be notified accordingly.
