Reference is made to the previous announcement on 23 October 2024. Following the dismissal of Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun’s appeal in Civil Appeal No. W-02(NCC)(W)-1459-09/2023 by the Court of Appeal on 9 March 2026, the stay of proceedings previously granted under the Stay Orders dated 18 October 2024 has been lifted accordingly, and the bankruptcy proceedings against Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun are hereby resumed. In this regard, the Company wishes to further announce that the Shah Alam High Court has scheduled the hearing of the Creditors' Petition against Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun on 20 May 2026. |
