The Company wishes to announce that the appeal filed in the Court of Appeal, Appeal No.: W-02(NCC)(W)-1459-09/2023 by Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun against the High Court Judgment dated 30 August 2023 [“Appeal”] was heard by the Court of Appeal on 03 September 2025. In this regard, the Court of Appeal has fixed the date for pronouncement of its decision for the Appeal on 09 December 2025. |
