Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 22 July 2022 in relation to the award of the project from Perbadanan Putrajaya for the appointment of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Protasco Development Sdn Bhd (“PDSB”), as a developer to develop the following projects:

i) 688 units of apartments under “Projek Residensi Prihatin Keluarga Malaysia Putrajaya Melur”; and

ii) 984 units of apartments under “Projek Residensi Prihatin Keluarga Malaysia Putrajaya Kenanga”.

The Company wishes to announce that the letters of award received from Perbadanan Putrajaya on 22 July 2022 have been cancelled and replaced with new letters of award, appointing  PDSB as a developer for the following projects:

 i)  654 units of apartments under "Projek Residensi MADANI Melur"; and

ii)  984 units of apartments under "Projek Residensi Harga Bebas Kenanga".

 The projects are expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of Protasco Berhad Group.
