Reference is made to the previous announcement on 27 August 2024. The Shah Alam High Court had on 18 October 2024 allowed Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun’s application to stay the entire bankruptcy proceedings pending the disposal of their appeal at the Court of Appeal which is fixed for hearing on 3 September 2025. In the premises, the Creditor Petition filed by the Company on 24 May 2024 following an act of bankruptcy by Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun on 8 May 2024 is now fixed for hearing on 12 September 2025. |
