The Company wishes to announce that the motion filed in the Court of Appeal, Appeal No.:W-02(NCC)(W)-1459-09/2023 by Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun to stay the execution of the High Court Judgment dated 30 August 2023 [“Stay Motion”] has been dismissed by the Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal awarded cost to the Company in the sum of RM10,000.00.
