The Company wishes to announce that EPE Switchgear (M) Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199501025085 (354290-D)] ("EPE" or "the Purchaser"), an indirect 60%-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 30 October 2026 entered into six (6) separate sale and purchase agreements (collectively, the "SPAs" and each, an "SPA") with Sime Darby Property (Nilai) Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199401036184 (321867-U)] ("SDP" or "the Vendor") for the acquisition of six (6) contiguous pieces of freehold industrial land with a total land area of 38,108 square metres (collectively, the "Lands" and each, a "Lot") for a total net purchase consideration of RM30,575,955.32 (Ringgit Malaysia: Thirty Million Five Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Five and Sen Thirty-Two) only ("Purchase Consideration"), upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPAs ("Acquisition").
