The Company wishes to announce that Pekat E & LP Sdn. Bhd. ("PELP" or "Subcontractor"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had executed three (3) subcontract agreements ("Subcontracts") with a company ("Contractor") for the design, supply, and installation and testing of earthing and lightning protection systems and associated works for a project in Johor Bahru, Malaysia ("Subcontract Works").
