Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 20 November 2025 and 27 February 2026. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
 

The Board of Directors of Pekat wishes to announce that there is no material development pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into between Pekat Teknologi Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. The Company shall make further announcements as and when there are further material developments in relation to the MOU.
