Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 20 November 2025. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Board of Directors of Pekat wishes to announce that there is no material development pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) entered into between Pekat Teknologi Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. The Company shall make further announcements as and when there are further material developments in relation to the MOU.
