The Board of Directors of Pekat (“Board”) is pleased to announce that Pentas RE Sdn. Bhd. (“Pentas RE”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 30 January 2026, entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) with an industrial energy off-taker (“Purchaser”) to supply electricity generated from the solar photovoltaic electric power generation systems to be developed by Pentas RE.
