The Board of Directors of Pekat (“Board”) is pleased to announce that EPE Switchgear, an indirect 60%-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 31 December 2025, received a letter of award (“LOA”) dated 29 December 2025 from TNB for a tender submitted in relation to the supply of 11 kilovolt (“kV”) motorized Ring Main Units (“RMU”) with interconnector and Remote Control Box (“RCB”) of various configurations (“Contract”).
