The Board of Directors of Pekat (“Board”) is pleased to announce that Pekat Teknologi Sdn. Bhd. (“PTSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 19 November 2025, entered into a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (“UKM”) to explore potential collaboration in support of UKM’s development into a Smart, Green and Sustainable Campus through the joint implementation of renewable energy systems, energy management solutions, and sustainability education initiatives (“Proposed Collaboration”).
