The Board of Directors of Pekat (“Board”) is pleased to announce that Pekat E & LP Sdn. Bhd. (“PELP”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 20 November 2025, accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) from Gamuda Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“GESB”), to appoint PELP as the subcontractor to undertake the construction, completion, testing, commissioning and setting to work of earthing and lightning protection systems (“Subcontract Works”) for the Hyperscale Data Centre at Eco Business Park V, Puncak Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“Subcontract”).
