The Board of Directors of Pekat (“Board”) is pleased to announce that Pekat RE Maintenance Sdn. Bhd. (“PREM”), an indirect 54.32%-owned subsidiary of the Company has accepted the quotation by issuing a purchase order on 17 November 2025 (“PO”) to Runjian Co., Ltd. (“Runjian”) for the supply, installation, construction and commissioning of remote monitoring system at Tronoh Large Scale Solar (LSS) Project, Tronoh, Perak (“Tronoh LSS Project”), in accordance with the terms and conditions as stipulated in the quotation dated 9 October 2025 (“Quotation”) issued by Runjian (“Contract”).
