Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Pekat wishes to announce that Pekat had on 2 May 2025 offered the following options to the eligible employees of Pekat and its subsidiaries in accordance with the By-Laws of the ESOS.
