The Board of Directors of Pekat wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Pekat Teknologi Sdn. Bhd. and Pekat RE Maintenance Sdn. Bhd. (“Pekat RE”), had on 11 November 2024 entered into an Investment & Shareholders’ Agreement with R&J International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“R&J”) for the purpose of collaborating as a strategic alliance for the integration of a Software as a Service platform for solar plant and energy management, which will be provided by R&J. This collaboration aims to enhance the operational efficiency and business expansion of Pekat RE through advanced monitoring and management tools.
